Riepilogo IAOverall positive for many repeat guests due to staff and location, but marred for some by cleanliness and front-desk/booking incidents.

Pulizia5,5
Mixed to negative: several guests reported insects in mattresses, old towels and occasional bad smells despite some mentions of general cleanliness.
Servizio8,5
Generally praised as friendly and helpful by frequent guests, but with isolated serious issues (refund/booking disputes and reception refusal) that lower the score.
Posizione9,5
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: central, close to metro, malls and attractions; many guests cited location as a key reason to return.
Camera7,2
Rooms and suites described as very spacious and comfortable, but the property and in-room equipment (TV, dated fittings) are somewhat aged.
Servizi6,8
