MatthewViaggio di coppia · Oct 17Exceptional service and stay at Novotel hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and friendly. The beach is accessible via the hotel. The pools were excellent and the hotel offers delicious breakfast and dinner options. The room was very spacious, clean and well lit. It had a great view of the pool and hotel.

Unfortunately the main swimming pool was out of order when I was staying under maintenance or repair it was so this was disappointing for me ,but iv attached photos of the pool that was available and it was brilliant with sea views so I guess it was not all a wasted trip ,

เหมือนพนักงานที่นี่มีปัญหาเรื่องการสื่อสารกับแขก รู้สึกเหนื่อยกับการเข้าพักที่นี่มาก รีเควสห้องพักที่มีประตูที่สามารถคอนเน็คอีกห้องได้ เพื่อเราจะเข้าไปดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้สะดวก แต่ห้องที่โรงแรมจัดให้ คือห้องที่มีประตูคอนเน็คจริง แต่ไปคอนเน็คกับห้องลูกค้าท่านอื่น แล้วเอาห้องคนของเรา ไปอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามแล้วห่างออกไปอีก 2 ห้อง ห้องพักเรามีปัญหาแบบครบวงจร ไวไฟใช้ไม่ได้ ทีวีดูไม่ได้ ออกไประเบียงไม่ได้เพราะมีต่อ แตน ทำรังอยู่ บินว่อนอยู่หน้าประตู จะโทรแจ้งพนักงาน โทรศัพท์ก็ถูกดึงสายออก มีระดับผู้จัดการขึ้นมาหาเราที่ห้อง แจ้งว่าวันที่เราไปพักมีห้องว่างเยอะมาก จะให้ย้ายไปพักห้องอื่น คำพูดนี้ยิ่งทำให้เราแปลกใจ ว่าห้องว่างเป็นร้อย ทำไมให้เรามาพักห้องนี้ตั้งแต่แรก แล้วจะให้เราย้ายห้องตอนสองทุ่ม ขอบคุณมากครับ แต่เหนื่อยแล้วขอนอนพักผ่อนดีกว่า พรุ่งนี้สัญญาจะรีบย้ายโรงแรมทันที เสียชื่อยี่ห้อโนโวเทลมาก โรงแรมระดับนี้ทำไม่ดูถูกลูกค้าจังครับ หรือว่าเราเป็นคนไทย แต่คนไทยคนนี้ไปพักโรงแรมที่ไหน เราให้ทิปพนักงานไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยทุกคน ที่นี่เป็นที่แรก ที่เราไม่เสียค่าทิปให้กับพนักคนไหนเลย

Номера уставшие. Для 4ки и достаточно не дешевой цены очень слабое наполнение номера. Нет ни разрвых зубных щеток ни пасты. Все очень простенько. Завтраки обычные. Второй раз точно в него не поедем.

Well maintained and clean buildings, lovely gardens and swimming pools, room was big and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach in front of the resort with some local beach restaurants a short walk away. The break was great too with loads of choices.

MalinViaggio in famiglia · Aug 4Lugnt och fint, bra rum. Kanske lite för lugnt. Finns bra resturang på stranden och andra sidan gatan. Dyrt på hotellet.
Även fast vi bokade med ett barn 9 år via booking fanns det ingen säng till barnet. Vi fick betala extra för extrasäng på plats. Tydligen var det bara frukost som ingick i priset som visade sig på booking.
