I am fine with all facilities. All looks good. Font desk staffs are excellent. Very cooperative and helpful, smart too.
JimmieViaggio di coppia · Oct 14Friendly staff, on-site do it yourself laundry for 150 baht, big breakfast selection and eggs to order, clean room
Low water pressure and water temperature is not hot but luke warm.
ChristopherViaggio in solitaria · Oct 8I had 2 nights here. I always stop here when in Pattaya. It's got a good location and you know what you're expecting from a Holiday Inn. The staff are always professional and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.
The rug in my room was in need of replacing I think. The rugs in reception were stained. The lifts and corridors were a bit smelly.
MahmoodViaggio di coppia · Sep 19Location is good. Staff are friendly
The hotel is becoming pretty old and needs maintenance, beds were not comfortable, shower was too hot, shower water mixer was broken is 2 different rooms I went to. The noise and the banging of doors at night is unbelievably loud and disturbs the sleep, that also happens during the day.

MassimilianoViaggio di coppia · Sep 10Great location, not too far from Tree Town or LK Metro. The hotel is modern, recently renovated, and impeccably clean from the lobby onwards. Spacious room with a nice TV, desk, wardrobe and comfortable bed, plus a spacious bathroom with shower. Small rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was really good and complete. Service was precise and attentive, housekeeping thorough, reception staff always helpful, and they offer handy tour/transport packages (Bangkok/Pattaya airport transfers, Khao Chi Chan, Sanctuary of Truth). My room faced the back and was very quiet.
Nothing to complain about — the only small note is that the rooftop pool isn't available in the evening.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אך חסר אופציה לחביתה. מגבות לא עבות ולא איכותיות. מזגן מעט רועש.
