The fact that the hotel was undergoing renovations. With one notable exception the customer service was lacking. All in all, a pretty soulless experience.

予約してもらったタクシーがキャッシュオンリーで、お釣りを持っておらず５００バーツのタクシー代に１０００バーツを支払うことになった。 もう少しきちんとした業者と付き合ってほしい
KimПоездка вдвоём · Sep 75is place is like an oasis in Bangkok. So quiet and serene. The staff are amazing. I had to call the airline to change flights and they did the initial call for me to ensure I got someone who could speak English and they knew what U was calling about. Also their assistance with a couple of Grab rides to ensure we would get to where we needed to go because they were in Grab in Thai was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for all staff. So good that when we returned to Bangkok at the end of our trip we rebooked and then extended a couple of days!
Nothing - we had a terrace garden room on the ground floor - perfect!

Das Hotel ist bereits schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen wird da auch gut unterhalten. Obwohl das Hotel eine relativ nahe Lage zum Zentrum hat sind bei spontanen Ausflügen jeweils Wartezeiten für die Taxis zu erwarten. Zu jeder vollen Stunde gibt es ein TukTuk zur MRT

لوحظ بان يومين لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه و هذه اول مره تحصل لي فقد سافرت بلدان كثيرة لم ارى فندق يستهتر في نظافة الغرف تاريخ 29-30 اغسطس 2026 لم تنظف الغرفة و البلكونه 3 ايام صحن رمان لم يتم تنظيف البلكونه
