ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่น ไฟสลัวๆ สถานที่อยู่ในซอย ด้านหน้าเคาท์เตอร์ที่นั่งอยู่ไม่รู้ว่าพนักงาน หรือแขก แต่อยากให้นั่งที่อื่นมาก ค่อนข้างเกะกะ ทำธุระคุยกับพนักงานไม่สะดวก

It was horible experienced. Taxi driver did not find the place . And we end up paying 1200 and add 300 for hotel...!!! Then went to completely different hotel... And paying more money. Called the Hotel 100 time no answer! Very bad experienced

Despite having made a booking in advance, the reception staff provided us with a subpar room with 2 single beds instead of the room we had requested. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff apologized for the inconvenience and told us that they were unable to provide us with a better room at that moment. We were shocked and appalled by the poor condition of the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. We had expected much more for the price we paid. Furthermore, the staff's unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for our satisfaction left us feeling unheard and disrespected. We were given no reassurance that our concerns would be addressed and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor quality of the room and the unprofessionalism of the staff made for an extremely unpleasant stay.
aivarasПоездка вдвоём · Feb 16This dirty, tacky, cockroach infested place keeps furniture covered in plastic to keep it "like new". Can't even bother to update their google map location so taxi spent an hour tripping around bkk. Did I mention cockroaches?
