YuvalПоездка в одиночку · Sep 10The rooms are well designed, built, and maintained. Every member of the staff I've met was professional, friendly, and attentive. The amenities are great, and upgrade the stay. While the location is not close to the areas I wanted to explore, I still think the location is good. The hotel's area is worth exploring, and I'd probably have missed it if I stayed elsewhere.
The wardrobes are stuffy and have bad odor. The housekeeping crew should definitely air them out when possible. The view from my room (210) was unappealing, to say the least. If a good view really matters to you, or you plan to use the balcony, insist on a room on a higher floor, or one facing the street. The door between the living space and the bedroom really gets in the way when moving between rooms. It's a shame it is not a pocket door, or at least it should have a magnet to keep it open at max range. Soundproofing could be better. Clearly heard doors being closed multiple times. Despite these advantages, I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area again.
PASQUALEПоездка вдвоём · Aug 28The hotel is perfectly located: it sits on a quiet side street just off the main road, so you’re right in the heart of the neighborhood and close to everything, while still being pleasantly sheltered from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Our room was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were always kind, professional, and attentive, supporting us throughout our entire stay and making the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the coffee and breakfast were delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer than two nights. I truly felt so welcomed and warmly taken care of by the staff here. Thank you for everything, and see you again, Gin
The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near Thong Lo BTS Station. Breakfast was average, but the service was excellent. Thnak to Poy for taking great care of the room and to Gina for the warm welcome. Highly appreciated
Everything was great. The bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub, and there was also a kitchen area where we could cook and a washing machine in the room. Basically, you have everything you need without having to go anywhere. The staff were all very polite and provided great service. Thank you so much to Gina for taking such good care of us! See you next year.
