• Cold water in pool. Used it only once in a 4 night stay • DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! -floors were very dirty. Asked for cleaning and never received. - had leftovers \ garbage from previous guests - showers had mold everywhere • had cockroaches in bedroom • no toilet paper!!! - was told it is not provided by property • very dangerous for kids - tiles around the pool were very slippery - stair rails were not safe- a child could fall through the holes • the waterfall comes only once a day at 4 PM for an hour - there is no way to control it. - splashes the water everywhere and makes the tiles extremely slippery. • the place is far away from everything

The conditions were not specified on booking.com. To pay for towels and cleaning for a villa is frankly disappointing.

1. Far from the town, not easy to get crab for big group of ppl 2. I reserved a 5 bedroom villa, but there are only 4 bedrooms. some of us sleeping on the floor. (Host said they will give us discount for compensation, but at last host did nothing!!!!) 3. they charge for the floor towel. 4. one of the bathroom has no hot water. 5. We were informed by the management that a cake would be provided for the occasion as a complimentary gesture. Regrettably, the cake was not served at the agreed-upon time, causing disruption to the birthday celebration!!

Breakfast portion was big and staff were very friendly. We really liked to see the fresh vegetation next to the restaurant. The hot tub was also really good. The house was clean.
Closets did not have hangers to hang clothes and one of the room with 2 bunk beds did not have a closet or drawers to put clothes. The indoor dining space/table was too small. The pool extended into the house which took up space and is not of any function. The karaoke selection was very limited and would be nice if upgraded.

Staffs were very friendly, one of the staffs, May even initiate to exchange wechat, so we can contact her whenever in need. As we had language barrier, she even went to the extend of google translating the messages, so we could text without hurdle. Thank you for the wonderful stay! :)
