Очень хорошо · по 2 213 отзывамСводка ИИOverall stays are very positive with multiple repeat stays and extended visits; guests highlight friendliness, location, clean grounds and comfortable beds, leading to a strong overall experience.
Чистота9,0
Multiple reviews praise very clean rooms and daily housekeeping; one review explicitly states '房间很干净' and rooms were described as spotless and cleaned every day.Сервис9,2
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and responsive (e.g., immediate room change for a clogged drain, attentive restaurant manager 'Un', and accommodating vegetarian requests).Расположение9,5
Consistently noted as excellent: beachfront/private beach, central island location with easy beach access and quiet surroundings; called 'best location on this beach' and 'perfect'.Номер7,4
Rooms are generally clean and comfortable with very good beds, but some are dated, occasional issues (e.g., blocked drain, ground-floor room with poor view, limited power sockets) and small maintenance concerns.Удобства7,3
Good pool and beach facilities, massages nearby, nightly entertainment; however gym equipment is old and potentially unsafe, the pond needs work, and some minor lacking supplies (mosquito repellent) were mentioned.Цена и качество7,4
Generally viewed as good value (one review calls it 'excellent price'), though a couple of small negative notes (e.g., a charge for a teaspoon, seasonal room allocation) slightly reduce perceived value.Еда и напитки9,0
Breakfast repeatedly praised as plentiful and well prepared; restaurant staff attentive and accommodating; some suggestions to improve bar offerings but overall F&B is strong.

Cocktails were very poor quality, needs improvement.
IanПоездка с семьёй · Oct 14Lovely and quiet and close to the beach. Chalet was really clean and made up every day. Good selection of food at breakfast.
Air con unit in the chalet (C18) was very noisy,
Anna LeaПоездка с компанией · Oct 14The hotel was exceptional! We had a big lovely room with a great bathroom, close to the pool and beach, still, it was very quiet. The facilities (pool etc.) are all in great condition, same as the room itself. The breakfast was amazing, great variety of choices between hot dishes, traditional breakfast options such as different egg dishes, bread, bacon, and pancakes, a noodle station, and fresh fruits and vegetables. A special thank you goes to the lovely staff! Everybody was very accommodating, sweet and helpful. We went in mid-October, so the beach was very empty and calm, same goes for Koh Chang in general.
KyleПоездка с семьёй · Oct 12Arguably located in the best part of the Island. The resort is beautiful and has direct beach access. Rooms are spacious enough to unwind. The breakfast was solid. Good variety although could have more Thai options (quite western breakfast). Staff were really helpful and restaurant is top class!
Hard to day. The rooms could certainly be painted a better neutral colour. They were very green inside. It would elevate the experience substantially.
HelenПоездка с компанией · Oct 12Beautiful location , sunsets and fire shows were amazing. Staff lovely and facilities great.
