Large multi building resort set in a green peaceful garden, lovely pools and beach supported by an outstanding staff who lift this older style resort to a high level.

Super Lage, tolle Anlage und freundliches Personal.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft mittendrin im Trubel aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolle Poolanlagen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen. Perfekt zum entspannen und Abends was erleben wollen.

It was the perfect resort to relax, unwind and embrace all things Thai. I highly recommend this restort.

Gorgeous, perfectly located resort. Great facilities, two pools and delicious food in both restaurants. Not forgetting Happy Hour twice a day. The staff are incredible, friendly and very welcoming.

An unforgettable family holiday in paradise – absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location right on Chaweng Beach is perfect, the surroundings are beautiful, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had a fantastic family holiday and felt comfortable throughout our stay. A beautiful tropical paradise that we would happily return to!

Overall was a good stay we have stayed almost 10 years ago now. It’s definitely due for an upgrade but overall a lovely

The rooms were nice and spacious. Coffee was not an extra charge at breakfasts. All staff were amazing happy to help and always smiling

The power went out a fair bit, the footpaths were a bit rickety

המיקום היה מעולה, ממש על הצ'אוונג. קרוב לכל הדברים המרכזיים- לקניון, לנייט מרקט וכו. השירות מדהים, תמיד נענים לכל בקשה במהירות ובאדיבות. הארוחת בוקר מגוונת, עשירה ומציעה פתרונות לכל בעיה. הכל סופר נקי ומזמין. הנוף משגע- ארוחת בוקר שני מטרים מהים. הבריכות מטופחות ומתוחזקות והחוף נקי.

החדר שלנו היה עם מרפסת לבריכה. היה רעש בכל שעות היום ולעיתים גם בערב. זה לא קלקל את החוויה אבל כן הורגש. מבחינת תאורה גם היה חסר בחדר.

הכי לא ה value for money שחיפשתי .

המיקום , החוף ה״פרטי״ ותחזוקת הגינה במלון . מלבד זה לא ראיתי ייתרונות נוספים

חדרים מיושנים , אין מענה ממנהל כשניסנו להחליף חדר מאחר והחדר הראשון היה עם ריח ולא מתוחזק טוב . כשניסנו לשדרג גם בעלות נתקלנו בסירוב . החדר השני שקיבלנו (אותו החדר רק ללא הריח) הייתה בו ספה נפתחת עם מצעים וכריות כאשר פנינו לפנות את הכריות והמצעים הדבר לא נעשה וחצי מהארון היה תפוס בכריות שהיו שם .
