MarianПоездка вдвоём · Oct 14We have been staying at this hotel for three years, but this was definitely our last visit. On all three nights of our stay, we were woken up in the middle of the night by the guests in the adjoining room returning after a night of partying, making loud phone calls and shouting, preventing us from sleeping and getting the rest we needed. Each time, we contacted reception to report the disturbance, explicitly asking them to pass the matter on to the manager as well. Despite our repeated complaints, not a single member of management bothered to contact us before our departure to offer an apology or, at the very least, try to find a solution. This is simply disgraceful behaviour for a 4-star hotel, where guests should be able to expect professionalism, customer care and a basic level of respect for their peace and quiet. We arrived hoping to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay; unfortunately, we are leaving feeling more stressed than when we arrived.

Room 502 awful and dark ,overlooking a building site and really noisy at night. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower had no power at all Very disappointed. Tried one of the bathrobes on and had to take it off again as it felt damp and smelt strange The towels felt hard.
DarrenПоездка в одиночку · Oct 11Was dealing with phat at the front of house counter and she was extremely helpful i had very minor issues with my room location and phat rearranged my room location for me not a problem at all very helpful highly recommended also id like to mention smile on front of house reception very helpful and willing to help, they both are an asset to the hotel and il 100% be back for another stay without doubt, for me the hotel was an undiscovered gem was my first time staying in hotel and Iv been to thiland meny times but they have won me over for future trips
My only issue was related to above my room was originally located on floor 9 and I much prepared the higher floor for city views that's more a personal issue and not a problem with the hotel itself but credit to the staff phat in particular rectified my issue straight away no problem at all
