The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds are a delight—beautifully green, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Room & Amenities: The room comes with everything you need, including a fridge and a Nespresso machine. A lovely touch is that they restock 4 coffee capsules every single day. Housekeeping: Cleaning is done daily and to a very high standard, not just a quick surface clean. Location & Surroundings: Great location. Right nearby, you'll find scooter rentals and plenty of delicious restaurants. Honestly, everything is so convenient that you don't even need to venture far from the hotel.
BirgitПоездка в одиночку · Sep 13Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Saree Samui und haben wieder eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht. Man betritt die Anlage und steht schon in einem grünen Garten mit schön gestalteter Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kwan hat als Restaurantmanager immer ein Lächeln und freundliche Worte . Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Zimmer sind als kleine abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten mit eigenem Innenhof gestaltet. Dadurch hat man zwar nicht unbedingt viel Aussicht, aber dafür Privatsphäre. Aussicht hat man ja vom Pool und vom Restaurant aus direkt aufs Meer.
Als Verbesserung würde ich nur eine Erneuerung der Liegestuhlauflagen und der Sitzsäcke am Strand empfehlen, die sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

While the property has plenty of options for restaurants nearby, it was still located away from a lot of the busier parts of the island where there were beautiful dining options on the beach.

LéaПоездка с семьёй · Aug 29Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné 4 nuits. Les + : La piscine, la chambre (spacieuse et calme) le personnel. L’hôtel se trouve à proximité d’un petit village qui offre une large sélection de restaurants et salons de massage. Très proche du port, pratique pour se déplacer sur les autres îles. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel. Merci encore !

adrienПоездка с семьёй · Aug 28Bien pour le personnel. Tout le reste très moyen, pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. La piscine sale, chaises longues très usagées, aucune ambiance, loin de tout, manque d'entretien dans son ensemble. Nous sommes très déçu la rapport qualité prix.
Le prix est incohérent. Prestas basiques.
AnthonyПоездка с семьёй · Aug 24A beautiful hotel set on Mae Nam Beach about 30-40 minutes from the airport on Koh Samui. The hotel complex is a real oasis of calm from the busy streets. Our room was perfect with a lovely pool. The main body of the resort was idyllic with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. The food and drink were great with a particular highlight being the beach BBQ on our last night. My wife and daughter enjoyed massages in the spa. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive.
VirginiaПоездка вдвоём · Aug 24The resort is beautiful with an incredible pool and view of the beach. There’s free stand up paddle board and a few cute beach bars. It’s a very quiet area which was great for a few nights (but might have been boring for a longer period).
It’s family friendly so hard to enjoy the pool in the afternoon with all the kids. The breakfast could be improved and it was difficult to communicate with staff. Theres not much to do in the area and grab’s are expensive. Few minor issues in the room like squeaking door and blocked shower drain. No outdoor furniture which was also a shame.
