KlaudiaПоездка вдвоём · Oct 14The hotel is in a nice location we booked a vila and were lucky enough to get one with the most beautiful beach view. But the hotel is located in no one’s land if you want to get around you need a scooter or some form of transportation (but that wasn’t a problem for us). The staff in the restaurant were super nice and helpful.
The hotel has its bright days over, even though it’s well maintained you can see that it is older. In terms of staff, I’m sorry to say that the reception doesn’t work as it should. When arriving we didn’t get any information except of the key and room number (we haven’t arrived early in the morning or late in the evening) and a peace of paper with WiFi code on it. The day before check out we got misleading information about scooter payment that it can be paid by card. The night before check out we went to settle the bill and been told that we need to withdraw money because the scooter needs to be paid by cash and we needed money for taxi to airport too. The receptionists even thought were nice they clearly did not understand what we were trying to say which is a pity and one would assume that the receptionists should speak English well. Overall we left disappointed. It’s a 4-star hotel, we were expecting more for money we paid.

DirkПоездка в одиночку · Oct 13Eine wunderschön in die Landschaft integrierte Anlage mit reizenden Strandbuchten und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück. Scooter vor Ort ausleihbar. Auch einige tolle Zusatzangebote wie Schnorchelausrüstung und ein klimatisiertes Gym.
Die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse für manche Bungalows ein Problem.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Our bad experience started at check-in. We booked a room suitable for our family, but the staff tried to charge us extra because we had children, claiming we had not mentioned them. The way the supervisor or manager handled the situation was very disappointing. The breakfast was horrible, and the hotel is simply not worth the money. I would not recommend Coral Cliff, especially for families with children. We would not stay here again.

RoieПоездка в одиночку · Oct 11The staff was very nice to us, the facilities were amazing - no need to even get out of the resort for most needs - private pools, beach, restaurant etc. Room spacious and clean.
The location can be a bit remote for some people, but perfect for people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Aircon was a bit weak. Rooms were good although the overall exterior facility needed a bit of extra work to keep it nice. The location means you need taxis to get out and about (including dinner). There is an onsite restaurant which we didn't use, so can't comment.

Aircondition virkede ikke optimalt selv om det blev påtalt. Personalet tjekkede det og sagde det nok skulle blive køligt, men blev ikke køligere end 26-27 grader hele natten.
