JellaryПоездка в одиночку · Oct 8I liked that the room was neat and tidy when I arrived. The shower had the perfect pressure. Bed and pillows were comfy. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful. Location is at the fitness street and accessible to 7eleven and restaurants.

Room & hotel building was old and not like the one in the pictures. We also didn’t realise there was 2 hotels and the hotel in the pictures is not the building we were staying in. Our room was in the older building, which was not clear when we were booking & had to go into the other building to use the pool etc. We were also charged 2.5k THB for makeup stains on the bed sheets which is ridiculous for pricing in Thailand (more than the price for 1 nights stay in the hotel) but when we said we can only pay card as we only had 2k cash, they said they would accept 2k and cannot accept card, how could they change the amount?
