ArandaПоездка вдвоём · Oct 13Our room was next to the pool and we received breakfast at our unit every morning overlooking the pool and beach. The beach is right in front of you and close to restaurants and all the shops

PaulПоездка в одиночку · Aug 31Location, location, location. Access to pool from room. Right in the heart of Kamala beach.
The bed was extremely hard.
FionaПоездка вдвоём · Aug 22Great location on the beach, large room, lovely staff, bath and shower. Could accommodate a late checkout.
Located next to a bar so you can hear the music even in the room during the day. Music stops at 10pm.
I had booked a stay at Layalina because I was genuinely excited about bringing my 67-year-old mother to Phuket for her birthday. We booked the 90 sqm Duplex Private Ocean View with Rooftop and were looking forward to what was supposed to be a very special mother-son trip. This is just a boutique hotel, yet the attitude from reception was as though they were operating at the level of a major international luxury brand such as Pullman, Hyatt or Marriott except the basic customer service I experienced was nowhere close to what I would expect from those brands. For me, the problem is not whether the hotel is big or small; it is the attitude towards the guest. I am travelling with an elderly mother but again, Thats the problem
ChristineПоездка в одиночку · Aug 7So close to the beach and along the main strip
The top floor with the sun beds could be utilised a bit better, feels unfinished
LindaПоездка в одиночку · Aug 5Location, right on the beach
ChloeПоездка вдвоём · Aug 3L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal !
