Превосходно · по 2 442 отзывамСводка ИИMany rave comments calling the stay amazing or beyond expectations, highlighting atmosphere, service and comfort; a few practical negatives did not outweigh positive experience.
Чистота8,3
Mostly clean but multiple mentions of a slight musty/mold smell in one reserved room, dust from the air conditioner and occasional lapses by cleaning staff; road works also affected perception of cleanliness around the property.Сервис9,7
Consistently excellent and helpful staff across reviews — described as very friendly, attentive, quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond for guests.Расположение9,5
Very well located in the old town/near attractions (Palazzo Reale, temples) and close to metro; some reviewers noted it is slightly away from busy spots but still convenient.Номер9,0
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good beds and bathtubs; some issues noted such as fluctuating shower temperatures and isolated musty odor in one room.Удобства8,9
Nice pool (small but clean) and pleasant swimming area; gym was noted as not great and pool placement next to dining may not suit all guests.Цена и качество9,2
Several guests praised the quality relative to price, calling it great value and noting good quality and pricing for what is offered.Еда и напитки9,4
Breakfast widely praised (extensive complimentary options, enjoyable offerings); one reviewer found the non-buffet ordering system a bit confusing but overall food was tasty.

Ao tomar banho o chão fica encharcado.
SarahПоездка вдвоём · Oct 10The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean
Nothing
JeroenПоездка с семьёй · Sep 14This place is located very near some of Bangkok's most famous attractions, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, but the real star of the Villa de Pranakorn is the staff. The entire team is incredibly kind and hardworking, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good visit.
There were some works being done in front of the hotel during our stay which led to the water pressure and temperature being unreliable. This is in no way the fault of the hotel, but it was unfortunate.
AsiaПоездка вдвоём · Sep 12Ottima posizione.
Pessima esperienza!

ValerieПоездка вдвоём · Aug 16I miss the staff already they made the perfect stay even better! Everything about our stay was lovely, our room had a huge and comfortable bed, the hotel is near a lot of the most important places in the city as well as the famous Thipsamai restaurant. It also has a massage spa and a nails center just in front. Can’t wait to go back 🩷
Anything.
