DelphineПоездка в одиночку · May 3The view.

DinaПоездка с семьёй · Oct 3Well thought out, clean room and nice balcony. Real hotel experience. Friendly staff and westerner friendly atmosphere. Excellent, calm place to retreat after a full day of exploring the local area. The room service menu positively surprised us. While the items come at a price premium to the local (also excellent) food, the clean food and the convenience makes it a nice option to have.
Breakfast is not particularly good value for money in our opinion, the room service menu is much better. Water cooker in the room was damaged, the cap on the top kept falling off. I'm sure if we would have told them they would have fixed it quickly but it didn't bother us too much. Still, these kind of things should not make it past room inspection.

WayneДеловая поездка · May 4Breakfast was great. Staff were generally good. One manager was quite "suggestive" that he was being very special, hinting at extra tips, but in all, superior to the Grand Rocky. The location was great if you like great scenery and quiet solitude. Would not be so good if you like city activity.

Hygiene, is zeker geen 5 sterren hotel!
