The location is very convenient, close to every thing; beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, Phuket City, etc. The staffs are very friendly, helpful. The Hotel is new, beautiful, clean; good ambience where you relax and enjoy your holidays.

Service et accueil incroyable, la terrasse avec piscine a une belle vue sur un petit port!! Un plaisir de loger ici pendant 2 jours.

C’était un peu loin de tout, mais très accessible en taxi ou si vous louez un scoot/voiture

I love the design reminding me of a sailing club. Very nice rooms and good views. Good internet. Comfy bed.

Le fait de ne pas être informé que certaines chambres dont la nôtre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir d’accès , donc pas de lumière, pas d’aération. Mon mari est asthmatique ,il a passé la nuit dehors. L’idée c’est juste de prévenir pour pouvoir choisir en pleine connaissance , il faut informer qu’il y a une partie des chambres qui n’ont pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur .

I had a visa-related issue and arrived 3 days later than my original check-in date, which was beyond both my control and the hotel’s responsibility. Despite this, the hotel was very understanding and extended my stay by one day free of charge, which I truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Overall, I had a very positive experience thanks to their flexibility and professionalism.

Honestly, there was nothing significant I didn’t like. The only inconvenience was related to my delayed arrival due to a visa issue, but the hotel handled the situation very professionally and even compensated it with an extended stay, which I highly appreciated.

We were given a room with a sea view which was very nice. The staff were all very jovial and very helpful, even arranging our taxi to the Airport on departure. There is a large supermarket across the road for all essential supplies and twos7 Eleven stores within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is well maintained and painted.

The breakfast menu is very limited and a bit boring. The hotel is a bit out of the way and there are very limited restaurant options nearby. We relied mostly on ordering food in by Grab (the quality of which was excellent). The pool is small and really just a plunge pool for a dip when it gets hot.
