TOMOEПоездка с семьёй · Aug 26あるスタッフが特別感じが良いというわけではなく、レセプション、レストラン、クリーニング全てのスタッフの感じが良いのには驚いた。ホテルの規模が大きくないせいもあるだろうが、部屋の鍵を預けて外出して戻ったとき何も言わなくとも鍵を用意してくれたり、大雨の最中にホテルへ戻ったときにはタクシーのドアのところまで傘をさして迎えてくれたりとホスピタリティに溢れていた。朝食は1階のレストランで、洋風の卵系、フレンチトーストなどのパン系、タイ風の麺や雲呑スープなどにフルーツ、ヨーグルトなどのメニューの中から2種類、飲み物を2種類選ぶ方式で、ブュッフェではないが丁寧に作られていて美味しかった。3階の部屋だったが、バスルームのシャワースペースは比較的広く、床のタイルもすぐに乾燥して快適だった。人数分×2本のミネラルウォーターが冷蔵庫と洗面台に補充されていて重宝した。
洗面台の鏡両脇の照明が暗いのでメイクしづらい。バスルームの構造上仕方ないが、トイレットペーパーホルダーが真後ろにあって取りにくい。バスルームのドアがガラスなのでシルエットが丸見えで恥ずかしい。友人同士の滞在だと気をつかうかも。金庫がワードローブ下の戸棚にあるが、いちいち屈まないといけないのと、暗くて中が見えづらいため、最終日に小銭入れを置いて行きかけた。金庫は冷蔵庫上の戸棚でもよいのでは。 部屋の密閉性は低いので、音が聞こえてしまう。部屋のドアをバタンと強く閉める音や隣の部屋の大きな話し声は気になった。隣のホテルの生演奏が聞こえる部屋もあった。

GraceПоездка вдвоём · Aug 3The room was lovely for the two of us! It good made up every day and we were provided with new towels and water each day. The hotel offered a laundry service which was great and we were able to collect the day of when dropped to reception before 10am. Breakfast included was amazing with the option of 2 meal and 2 drink items from a select menu. We also had dinner at the restaurant 2 of the 3 evenings and it was incredible! The staff were also amazing and so helpful! The had a lot of suggestions for sight seeing around the old town.
JohnПоездка вдвоём · Jun 23The location was perfect, on a side the street just around the corner from the Chedi Wat temple so close to a main road but quiet at night. The staff were always friendly and helpful in helping us find a massage, food, or temples and activities to visit. There is a restaurant, Polly's attached to the hotel which has very nice Thai food at a reasonable price. The room had enough space for 2 people, the showers was wonderful with plenty of water pressure, the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. The room was serviced every day with the bed made, and fresh towels which was done to the highest standards. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel and location from which to explore and engage in and out of Chiang Mai! If we were to return, we would definitely stay here again!
The Mrs. had wished for a little more light in the mirror and sink area.

Clim pas très agréable et cette dernière ne fonctionne que avec la clé insérée. Donc durant la journée elle chauffe énormément
