Love the location. Great friendly staff.

Bed was rock hard. Like a thin foam mattress on top wooden board Had back and hip ache during the whole stay. The shower head sprayed everywhere... needs to rid of the calcification.

Très décevant pour un prétendu hôtel 3 étoiles. Sans recommandation.

Situation assez proche du centre historique 15mn à pied. Chambre spacieuse, mais sans charme avec mobilier style "bloc béton".

Beaucoup de choses !!! Pas de bureau d'excursions comme annoncé, pas de restaurant comme annoncé, pas d'animation karaoké comme annoncé, mais SURTOUT, SURTOUT impossibilité de payer les excursions en CB, uniquement en espèces et sans preuve de paiement remis au moment de l'achat, en particulier les taxis affrétés pour se rendre sur des sites, surtout pour la 2ème sortie qui était un véhicule particulier d'un agent de l'hôtel. J'ai été en conflit avec les 2 réceptionnistes pour un paiement réclamé alors qu'il me semblait l'avoir réglé, mais pas de preuve puisque règlement en cash, SANS FACTURE . J'ai demandé à voir le directeur, le responsable ou le manager, IMPOSSIBLE car à Bangkok à 850 Kms ! De plus, chambre 604: aucun tiroir de rangement le mobilier est constitué par des blocs, prise électrique chevet G est HS. Réception TV mauvaise, voire très mauvaise (neige, netteté). Equipement de salle de bain particulièrement insuffisant pour un hôtel présenté comme un 3 ETOILES !!! (brosse à dents, peigne, etc. shampooing et gel de douche totalement anonyme (pas de marque ou de composition. Lavabo uniquement eau froide, pas d'eau chaude. Literie beaucoup trop ferme. Pas tél en chambre.

Great hotel for stay in Phuket Town.

Very well located hotel close to the Old Town and bus terminal. Staff were excellent and always cheerful. Breakfast was really good and minibar reasonably priced. Bed and room comfortable and slept well.
