1. There is only one water heater inside the master bedroom's toilet. The other toilet dont have it. this place quite cold at night and morning. but its only just a small problem. 2. If you wanna seek a homestay that nearby/surrounding with shops and restaurant around, then this house is not for you. for us, its not a prob at all, with only about 10-20min walking distance, there are a lot mini market and street food stalls you can found.

Although the house is a 7 minute drive to the city centre there is no nearby shops or restaurants that are walking distance.
