Сводка ИИOverall stays often benefited from strong location, helpful staff and pool, but were weighed down by old/worn rooms, occasional odors and limited amenities, producing a slightly above-average but mixed overall experience.

Чистота6,0
Mixed reports: many guests mention rooms and common areas being clean, but several reviews note musty odors, moisture smells, and worn/dirty-looking rooms or balconies, indicating inconsistent cleanliness standards.
Сервис7,3
Generally positive staff feedback — friendly, helpful reception and security assistance were frequently praised; a few mentions of language barriers and noisy staff in the mornings tempered the score.
Расположение8,4
Location repeatedly praised as excellent/ideal — near tourist sites and convenient for meetings; multiple guests explicitly called the location a strong point.
Номер5,5
Several complaints about aging rooms: old furniture, poor ventilation, dark rooms, broken toilet door, rotten balcony boards and overall worn condition reduce the room quality rating.
Удобства6,1
Pool is a frequently mentioned positive amenity; however guests also reported missing/limited amenities (no soap, limited TV channels, no ironing, no beverage supplies), making amenities inconsistent.
Цена и качество8,2
Multiple guests described the hotel as budget-friendly and good value for the price, with several explicit positive comments on price-quality balance.
Еда и напитки6,0
Breakfast reviews are mixed — some guests enjoyed the filling/local breakfast and omelettes, while others found the breakfast poor or lacking variety; on-site restaurant offerings were sometimes criticized.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Trang Hotel Bangkok, booked through

Room was cleaned everyday

The photographs displayed on the listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the accommodation I experienced. The difference was significant, and I felt misled, as those images influenced my decision to book the hotel. There was also an unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable. Overall, the accommodation fell well below the expectations created by the listing. I would appreciate your investigation into this matter, including a review of the accuracy of the photographs and information displayed. Please also advise whether a refund or other appropriate compensation can be considered.

relacion precio-calidad excelente! Volveremos.

Todo excelente. Comodo y tranquilo. El personal siempre muy cordial. El desayuno muy bien. A 15 min de todos lo lugares turisticos. La zona tranquila. Volveremos!

Ningun problema con nada.
