Сводка ИИLocation and generally friendly staff create many positive stays, but recurring room quality and maintenance issues meaningfully lower overall satisfaction.

Чистота8,0
Generally praised in multiple reviews ("Hygiène irréprochable", clean rooms, soft sheets); one isolated report of a cockroach in the elevator.
Сервис8,2
Mostly very friendly, attentive and responsive staff cited repeatedly; isolated reports of poor staff behaviour reduce the score slightly.
Расположение9,2
Outstanding location repeatedly emphasized: central Pattaya, walking distance to the beach and Walking Street; quiet despite proximity to attractions.
Номер5,8
Multiple negative mentions: air-con failures, noisy units on balconies, maintenance issues (shaky windows/doors), small TV, lack of drawers/storage.
Удобства6,8
Mixed: 4-star facilities noted, but gym problems, elevator lighting/security concerns and inconsistent aircon in some areas were reported.
Цена и качество7,0
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt it was good value, others called it too expensive given perceived cheap materials and maintenance problems.
Еда и напитки7,0
Breakfast experiences vary from excellent to basic/underwhelming (some guests wanted more pastries or variety); restaurant staff praised.
