Overall experience is highly positive — many call it an outstanding stay and ideal for families; minor negatives (location distance, one cleanliness incident, occasional slow internet) slightly temper the score.
Most guests describe rooms as tidy and well kept, but there is a significant report of bedbugs (room #1) and related bites, which lowers the cleanliness score.
Consistently praised — owners and staff are described as extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive; multiple mentions of excellent host interaction and shuttle service.
Described as quiet and set back from the main road (calm location) but slightly outside the beach/shops; free shuttle mitigates the distance though some guests note a need for a scooter and rough roads.
Rooms are described as beautiful, well designed and with sufficient storage; however the bedbug incident and a few minor remarks (ants/bugs) reduce this score modestly.
Very positive mentions of pool with a children’s slide, toys, books, shared kitchen, play area and regular free shuttle — family-friendly amenities are a strong plus.
Guests explicitly state 'great value for money' and praise the overall offering for families, making the property a good value proposition.
Breakfasts receive enthusiastic praise (notably sweet pancake), described as excellent by multiple guests; shared kitchen also appreciated.

However the TV didn't work. I asked the guy who worked there and he said it didn't work when it's windy but that it only did 4 Thai channels anyway which wasn't a problem as my friend speaks Thai but no interest in fixing it. The electricty cut out while I was in the shower so had ten minutes of soaped up before we could work out how to untrip it.The view was lovely and their whole set up with the pool and communal kitchen was great. Brilliant place for people with children. It just had an odd atmosphere. No one in the staff came across as friendly. It was also out of the way. We did hire a motorbike from the hotel to go out and about but my friend was unwell for a bit so I was confined to the balcony. They do have a shuttle bus to the beach which is also great for families.
This was a hard one to review. They have tried very hard in their set up and I imagine it would be a perfect place to stay for many people but it not for me. Not one I would return to. I just didn't find it to be a relaxed atmosphere.

NoraПоездка с компанией · Sep 12Cuando llegamos nos enseñaros las instalaciones.

ELODIEПоездка с семьёй · Sep 11L’accueil des gérants.
