From outside it look shiney, with 4 people at the reception. But inside the room and hotel are dirty. No people to ckean up? cial colroach on rge room , windiws cannot be
I booked a room for my mom and cousin. They loved the room and the food. It was clean and comfortable.
Great convenient location to the airport
We stayed here only for 1 night. Location wise it is just a 2 min drive away from the airport. Hotel is new and clean. We like this hotel because it offers halal international breakfast. Will definitely come back here in my next visit to Hatyai.
Good area to stay before flight
The heater is not working so had to shower with cold water. Very struggling. Called several times for repair but still out of service no hot water for 4-day stay. It’s terrible. Be careful.
