Close to the beach and far from the noise of the walking street! Free ride from and to the ferry. The staff is friendly.

The price is not in line with what is offered! The clean up service was just the re-fold of the bed with the same sheets even when they were dirty. Without a clear request it seems that the trash bin would not be changed. New towels in the room only if required (but is not easy to get). The air condition was broken but was fixed when explained. WiFi close to the reception and I like it but with a baby would it be better to have it.

C’était parfait juste devant la plage

We were upgraded to a sea view room. Staff were lovely. Room quite basic.

Lugnt område, endast en tupp som lät lite grann men inte så att det störde. Personalen var supertrevlig och serviceminded. Frukosten var varierad och man fick beställa vilken typ av ägg man ville ha. Vår AC på rummet gick sönder vid två tillfällen och dom var snabbt där och lagade den. Bungalowen behöver dock rustas upp. Den är i ok skick, men på tok för liten för en familj på fyra personer med packning. Ingenstans att hänga upp kläder på heller så det var till att bo i sin uppslagna resväska vilket skapar ännu mindre plats. Barnens våningssäng hade inget påslakan utan endast en filt, vi bad om påslakan för båda men fick endast för en säng. Handfatet i badrummet läckte ganska ordentligt, så vi fick ha en handduk under som var konstant blöt och aldrig byttes ut. Städningen var i princip obefintlig, vet inte vad de gjorde utöver att tömma papperskorgen och bädda när de städade. Handdukar byttes inte ut, handfat och toalett var i samma skick som innan städning. Det var hål i taket där bambun (eller vad det var för material) gick sönder och ramlade in på golvet. Duschen bestod av tre stenhårda smala strålar som gjorde ont på huden, dottern fick till och med blåmärken (låter helt sjukt, men sant! Då förstår man hur hård strålen var). Flera svarta maskar på rummet, framförallt i badrummet. Ute på terrassen gick det inte att vistas då det var så mycket mygg. Det kan såklart inte personalen göra något åt, och de bjöd på myggspray.

all good, clean room, great service, the only thing was going up a balcony for breakfast for a couple of days, but the last few days was right at the resort with a magnificent view, breakfast was good, good food too, can't say anything wrong, rooms have a very good Thai character not like a typical hotel room, love it, and recommended

Fin lokasjon, men bildene var misvisende iforhold til hva vi fikk av rom. God frokost, hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Skuffet over rommet, men ellers et fint opphold.

Garden location - more like rubbish tip Roof leaked in Appartment Beds of poor quality and bunk beds in family room unsafe Mosquitos everywhere Not clean Not as shown in pictures - they use pictures of their other properties which you do not have access too WiFi does not work in bungalow - staff aware and not bothered (wasn’t an issue for us but if you were planning on it - no signal at all in rooms) There are defo better options in this price range on the islands and felt pretty let down from what we thought we would get from pictures to what we actually got

Really great breakfast, lots of variety and choice. lLoved that beach towels and use of sun beds were free, really clean stay and lovely staff.

Would have liked some shelves or cupboards or something to hang things on, somewhere to put clothes and things on would have been great.
