SHUMAILAПоездка в одиночку · Aug 4It's clean, good location, affordable and very friendly and cooperative staff. The lady on the counter is very hopeful and the boy at night is very good too. Although don't know which language he speaks but he makes us understand everything.
No stairs which was really hassle for 4th floor room although their housekeeping staff helped. There are many massage centers around which made us uncomfortable.

The only issue i had was that the bed in my room was quite hard. It wasn't a problem for the first few days, but towards the end of my stay, I found that my back was aching, which I think is because of the bed.
