The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra fee, which made our stay more comfortable. The surrounding area has so many food, cafe, shopping, and spa options, so it's very convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok
CharleneПоездка вдвоём · Oct 7Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeiter:innen war super. Wir waren zwei Nächte im 6.Stock hier. Hierher gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Als wir gegen Mitternacht feststellten, dass die Klimaanlage tropfte, haben wir per Durchwahl an der Rezeption angerufen. Wenigen Minuten später war eine Mitarbeiterin bei uns, wir haben in ein Dreibettzimmer gewechselt. Am nächsten Morgen, wurden wir gefragt, ob wir dort bleiben wollen. Sie würden sich um alles kümmern. Super! Im Dreibettzimmer gab es eine große Fensterfront über den Betten. Schöner Ausblick. Wir haben diese unten gelassen, weil man die Hitze von außen krass zu spüren war. Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Shampoo und Duschgel. Es gibt ein Smart-TV. Alles sauber. Inneneinrichtung etwas abgenutzt. Unten gibt es ein Café. Das ist gut besucht und es gibt lecker Kaffee und fantastische Sandwiches. Eher teuer. Die Lage, schnell an ARL, Bussen etc. .
Sehr hellhörig Kaputte Klima (wurde aber gleich sehr zuvorkommend eine Lösung seitens der netten Mitarbeiter:innen angeboten) Badezimmer hat Milchglas zum Zimmer. Viel Privatsphäre gibt es nicht. Man muss sich in Klaren sein, dass man in so einer touristischen Gegend, in der alles, was das Massentourismusherz braucht vorhanden ist, übernachtet.

Die Rezeptionistin war extrem nervig und unfreundlich. Ich glaube sie hat in ihrem Leben nie gelernt zu lachen. Sie sollte ihre Position wechseln wo es keinen Kundenkontakt gibt. Ich würde sie für kein Hotel am Empfang empfehlen, sie macht einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Sie könnte als Housekeeping arbeiten wo es keinen Kontakt mit Gästen gibt. Total überfordert bei ganz normalen Fragen.

FouadПоездка в одиночку · Sep 2Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Bangkok ! L’hôtel est situé dans une rue parfaite en plein quartier central avec absolument tout à proximité. C’est un établissement branché avec un super café en rez-de-chaussée . Les chambres sont propres et bien pensées. Le rapport qualité-prix est nickel. Je recommande sans hésiter !

ImeshПоездка с семьёй · Mar 29This was very near to the Pratunam market. 7-11 right next to the hotel. Hotel was clean, the room was clean and also they cleaned the room on a daily basis which we really appreciated
Only the entrance to hotel was not wheelchair/stroller accessible. Also we wish that there was a microwave or something for us to cook some food
TracyПоездка в одиночку · Feb 10Location is great, as a female solo traveller, I'm comfortable with the area as it's on the main road, walking at night is not too dangerous (but please still be cautious). It is walking distance to Platinum Mall, Centralworld and BIG C, and is on the same row as a lot of massage parlours. You can easily walk to the nearest station as well in about 10mins. The room and bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Easy to access with a card. They provide an extension for you, along with towels and hairdryer. Toothbrush and indoor shoes can also be requested. I didn't need to bring much items, thanks to the convenience of having these items already prepared for me.
- Walls are a bit thin, you can hear into people's room (but muffled) when you're walking to/out from your room. No issue with stray noises from the room though. - The only mirror is in the bathroom. I needed to style my hair for an event but there was no mirror near where the plugs were 🥲
