Despite having a confirmed reservation and informing them that we would arrive after 9 PM, the staff seemed completely unprepared. We had to wait around 30 minutes while they turned on the computer and searched for the booking. Also, nobody spoke any English at all, which was surprising for Phuket. Overall, poor service experience.

I was assured that someone would be there early to give the money back as I had to check out for my flight at 5am. There was nobody there so I have lost money

L’AC fonctionnait mal et faisait des gouttes d’eau. Les lits de la chambre ne disposaient pas de rideaux, la salle de bain attenante était salle et sentait très mauvaise (sûrement dû également aux autres voyageurs). La salle de bain du RDC était horrible (rideaux qui ne cachaient pas complètement la douche donc si quelqu’un passe il nous voit tout nu). Pas de savons non plus ni en haut ni en bas pour la douche. Petit déjeuner apparement jusqu’à 9H (je pense qu’il pourrait même le faire jusqu’à 7H histoire d’être sûr d’économiser encore un peu d’argent). Pour le prix payé c’est une honte. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Fuyez

ÉmelineПоездка вдвоём · Jan 1L'emplacement de l'hotel est prêt du port, pratique pour ceux qui ont des journées en bateaux ou les amateurs de plongée. Des bars et restaurants sont à proximité de l'hotel. La chambre ressemble bien au photo de l'annonce.
Le lit était pas très confortable, prévoyer des boules quies si vous êtes coté rue car les bars mettent de la musique jusque tard le soir. Si vous souhaitez avoir le petit déjeuner calmement je pense qu'il faut y aller très tôt car à 9h l'acceuil est rempli de personne faisant des journées bateaux et donc plus de place pour s'asseoir et le petit buffet quasiment vide car les personnes qui attendent leurs départ en bateaux s'y servent. Nous sommes aller acheter de quoi manger au 7/11 juste à côté et manger dans notre chambre.
