Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast was reasonable, although more variety and a greater selection of meat dishes would have been appreciated. The rooms were okay, but the cleaning could have been more thorough. Bins needed emptying more regularly, floors needed sweeping, and surfaces needed dusting. More attention to these details would have made our stay more comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike
DeniseПоездка с компанией · Oct 15The room was quite spacious with two beds for two people, as requested. Having a balcony was awesome! The location was good - away from the noise, but close enough to get to all the activities. The rooftop pool was absolutely the best!
There was nothing that I didn't like, other than using the lifts. Both my colleague and I had frightening experiences on separate occasions with the lift door, which continues closing even when you try to stop it with your hands, unlike other lifts.

A variety spread of breakfast provided and taste satisfactory. Staff were helpful and prompt in response and service.
The lightings along the corridor and in the room. A little dark and gloomy if we draw the curtain. Our room is on the first floor beside the lobby, could hear noises at night.

Alltid taxi eller tuktuk tilgjengelig i nærheten. God mat, flott rom og smilende og hjelpsomt personell. Gode utflukter, båtturer o.a kan bestilles på hotellet.
