AshnedПоездка в одиночку · Oct 8The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. They will go beyond to help you especially the security guards. The hotel is right opposite a shopping center (Big C) which was a great plus with the food stalls and restaurants and on the main road there are markets, and other local food options. The train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel which I found very convenient. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms are cleaned daily unless you asked for it to not be. For the purposes of my trip also the hotel was perfectly located within walking distance, so that was also great for me.
My only take away from the hotel was that’s their rooms with the balcony/ city view wasn’t exactly that in my opinion. My balcony was small enough to step out onto to get some fresh air, or open to let fresh air in, but you cannot sit or “hang out” on it. But that was my only issue but it didn’t spoil my stay.

It was a short walk to On Nut station which was helpful and close to Lotus Shopping Centre where we were able to get whatever we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly
We were opposite a multistorey car park which, in theory, should have been fairly quiet but it was exceptionally loud at almost all hours of the day so it was difficult to sleep without earplugs - the windows must have been very thin. We asked for laundry service but after we had given it in early in the morning, they said it wasn't possible to do because it was closed. It was pretty inconvenient as we didn't have much time to get it sorted after that

使う前から歯磨き用のコップの中に水が入ってた😢清掃の人が気が付かなかったんだと思う。 あと洗濯できなかったからちょっと不便に感じた。
FabienneПоездка вдвоём · Aug 30Hôtel très agréable avec un bon choix au petit déjeuner. Environ 10 minutes à pied de la station BTS, ce qui est pratique pour visiter Bangkok. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car notre fils a son appartement juste à côté, et nous en avons été très satisfaits. Une bonne adresse !

WongПоездка в одиночку · Aug 10員工服務態度積極友善，會盡力幫忙解決查詢，附近美食很多，在BIG C旁邊，走15分鐘左右有Lotus超市，附近也有很多按摩店，這十分捧。
距離BTS有點距離，步行約10分鐘，下雨走這段路會比較狼狽，如果要去跑景點就比較累了
