Generally positive stay thanks to location, pool and staff, but disrupted at times by construction noise, occasional cleanliness/room issues and older facilities, producing a mixed overall impression.

Mostly acceptable cleanliness (many guests note a pleasant, clean hotel), but mentions of a room with a bad smell and occasional pool dirt lower this score.
Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful and professional in many reviews; staff friendliness is a standout feature.
Repeatedly described as central and convenient: close to beach, transport (Baht-buses) and shops (7-11); many guests highlight the excellent location.
Mixed: furniture and order are good for some, but several comments about old/noisy air conditioning, hard beds, poor TV reception, incomplete blackout curtains and low water pressure reduce the score.
Pool is frequently praised (large, superb); amenities are generally good though some renovation work and occasional dirt/maintenance were reported and AC/TV issues affect comfort.
Many guests report very good value and being pleasantly surprised by price/quality; a few mention it being pricey given the hotel's age, but overall value perception is positive.
Mixed to weak: some guests received free breakfast/welcome drinks, but several specifically note 'no breakfast' or limited F&B options, so this area underperforms overall.

Very good for the price. It is a nice budget choice if you just need a place crash.

Very very convenient location and friendly staff. Good value for the price. Great option for Pattaya Marathon. It’s very close to the start point.

Pretty old Shampoo and shower gel can be improved.
