Pretty much everything, staff humiliated my friend by bringing a bloody towel down. Location is good for bus station but everything else in the area is pretty grim. Wouldn’t stay other than to catch an early bus

The location was bad, but convenient for the bus terminal which was why we picked it. Husband got attacked by a dog in a shop where he went to make a purchase. However the worst thing was when we went to check out early in the morning a staff member went to check our room… understandable. However, then complained that we had made one of the towels dirty and made a big scene about washing it. We got the impression that she was time wasting in the hope that we would leave the deposit to catch the bus. Luckily we had plenty of time
JoshuaПоездка в одиночку · Feb 24The hotel was right near the bus station, which was great since I just needed a place to stay the night before taking a bus to Pai in the morning. The check-in staff was very accommodating and friendly. Good location if you need to get up early.
There was some misunderstanding about checking in that isn't really listed on their page. They sent me a message saying that I would need to pay extra if I checked in too late, which I understand, but I just told them bluntly "I'm not going to be doing that" and it wasn't mentioned again.

The sheets and towels were not worn and sheets are around 50 years old. And there were stains which were already there.

I was charged 100 baht ($3.30 USD) for making a bathmat dirty. It was not a big deal.
