It can be a bit loud at night coming from the are the hotel is in, nothing they can do about that. Some rooms don't have a very large balcony.

Owners were available to assist with questions you might have. More life a guest in a family home. Near many bars restaurants. Walking distance to shopping mall (10-15 mins).
Nightlife area (our choice) but our room was at the back so never heard any loud noise. Rooms on smaller size (but expected.)

LucieПоездка в одиночку · Sep 1Great location with everything you need nearby…shops, restaurants, bars and a petrol station. Even though it’s in a convenient area, the guesthouse was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. I love peaceful places to stay.
The only small thing was that the water pressure could have been a little stronger, but it really wasn’t a problem.
NikitaПоездка в одиночку · Aug 19The location is perfect, walking distance/cycle to some bars, shops or the malls. The room was comfortable and the tea/coffee included plus drinking water was a nice touch.
The room was painted quite dark and with only a small window at the back of the building it felt quite gloomy. Mosquito guards on the windows would be good as I was constantly hunting them. I also had a leaking tap in my room.
