Everything was absolutely sensational

Nice place and a really good massage.

After leaving the property I got the first time mango sticky rice which is a must in Thailand - but wasn’t available all time. They have a lot of mosquitoes which is normal and not in their control. But they can help by supplying/selling mosquito repellent which was not available…made the whole stay miserable. - wrong advertising on their drinks, instead of following the description/recipe they use cheaper ingredients - mini bar advertised as included but not refilled - food quality was less than average, even traditional Thai food taste better in mom and pop places - food was either cold or overcooked

Our second time visiting this paradise resort. There is something about it that makes us relax instantly. The staff is amazing, always smiling, helpful, friendly. The villas have been renovated and the walk through the lush gardens just makes is feel like paradise on earth. They have hourly service to go to Phuket, so you can easily make it your base to explore Phuket further. Our kids love going down the slide, the evening entertainment will keep you engaged- from theme nights, DJ, fire show, live band. Food options on all inclusive are decent, as well as drinks options. They have Italian restaurant you can use if you do not feel like eating the buffet. They also build a beach club - Laku, that has elevated our experience further. I cannot recommend this place enough. Safe to say, we will be coming back.

I think I am biased, as I cannot find a fault in this place.

La piscina de nuestra pool villa estaba muy sucia y no apetecía bañarse y había varios bichos en la habitación, incluidos gusanos que subían al colchón.

he gave us no hassle about our dog. Many places advertise pet friendly and then give you a hard time when the dog is not small. We have a golden retriever who's an excellent dog but a little bit big and there was absolutely no problem

Coconut Island is amazing. It’s a beautiful place. Stunning accomodation, great food and drinks.

The only let down is that there is smoking at the hotel and this is permitted at the restaurants. The main restaurant right at the front on the beach allows smoking and the smokers section is on the deck with the gorgeous view. If you want to sit in non smoking you have to go in under the cover with no view. It was disappointing for non smokers and people with kids who also want to experience the gorgeous view while eating and having a drink The boat is 24 hours but runs on the hour if you don’t book you run the risk of the boat being full and having to wait an additional hour. Always book well in advance if you can (day before) Also the sister island is a beautiful beach but they do not have food as we were advised so have a big breakfast as you are there for three hours

The location was wonderful.. beautiful beach and facility..

The service was no where close to 5 star. There are multiple occasions when we called reception from the villa and no one picked up the calls. Check in time is 2pm, our villa wasn't ready until 5pm. Room service food is served in take away containers. House keeping does not respond to calls for hours.. very limited options for food.. there are 4 restaurants but one is closed, another one is adults only.. left with only 2 options.. food taste is also very average.. nothing tastes exceptional. Fruits and salad bar in breakfast buffet are kept without any ice.. if you are late for breakfast, these are already oxidised.. need to very careful..

Ombijt was prima de rest van het eten vonden wij niet goed erg smaakloos Loop het strand af daar zit een vis restaurant die ook vlees gerechten verkopen erg lekker eten en stuk goed koper
