The atmosphere and facilities were fine, but the lifts were always crowded and jammed. There was not much choice for breakfast, and most of the customers wore pajamas, with children and ladies having messy hair.

ไปพักครั้งนี้ครั้งแรก และเป็นช่วงปิดเทอมบวกตรงกับหยุดยาว เด็กชุมมาก คนเข้าพักเยอะมาก จนต้องมีบัตรคิวรอเช็คอิน อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมีอะไรให้เลือก แห้งเหี่ยวและแออัดมาก แฟนเรียกว่าค่ายกักกันเด็ก 😂

Auch das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gab eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Für uns war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts. Unser Sohn hatte einen kleinen Unfall und musste täglich zur Kontrolle und zum Verbandswechsel ins Krankenhaus. Das Hotel hat uns jeden Tag dorthin gefahren und uns in dieser Situation sehr unterstützt. Das war für uns absolut nicht selbstverständlich und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die Herzlichkeit, den tollen Service und diese besondere Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!
Es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Niente tutto perfetto
Extremely Disappointing Stay A very disappointing experience at Center Point Prime Pattaya. Our child was hurt, and when we requested a small amount of ice for immediate relief, the staff refused to provide it. We also requested a pair of scissors simply to cut some fruits and vegetables that we wanted to eat in our room, and that request was refused as well. These are basic, harmless requests that one would reasonably expect a hotel to assist with, especially when a child is involved. Unfortunately, the staff came across as extremely uncourteous, unhelpful, and inflexible. A hotel is not just about rooms and facilities—it is also about hospitality and how guests are treated when they need a little assistance. Based on our experience, Center Point Prime Pattaya does not live up to that standard and would not be our choice for a future stay.
