Сводка ИИMost guests report a positive, memorable stay and willingness to return, praising staff, grounds and pool; negatives (smell, occasional noise) temper but do not dominate the overall impression.

Чистота6,8
Rooms are frequently described as neat and clean, but a persistent unpleasant smell from the creek/drain that runs through the resort and near the pool negatively affects the perceived cleanliness.
Сервис9,2
Staff are repeatedly praised across reviews for attentiveness, welcome amenities (fruit plate, sweet treats), helpful upgrades and overall friendly service.
Расположение9,0
Excellent central location close to Walking Street and local amenities; ideal for both nightlife and quick access to attractions, though proximity brings occasional nighttime noise.
Номер8,6
Rooms and suites are described as spacious, well furnished, with useful features (balcony, extra toilets, kitchen sink in some upgrades); generally positive room condition with some reports of noise from neighbouring guests.
Удобства7,4
Strong amenities: large pool, attractive grounds, new gym equipment and visible sustainability initiatives. However, the creek/drain smell near the pool and occasional guest disturbances reduce the overall amenity experience.
Цена и качество8,0
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Еда и напитки7,0
Breakfast is described as good/adequate by multiple reviewers; no major praise or complaints about dining variety, so overall a solid but not outstanding offering.

The entire staff were amazing, I truly hated that I had to leave!!

It’s proximity to the beach and town. THE Breakfast was mind blowing!! …I couldn’t believe the incredible selection, WOW!!!…The rooms were always serviced at the appropriate time.

No negative reviews here!…10 STARS ALL THE WAY!!
