JackieПоездка с семьёй · Sep 18Nothing. Did not get to stay because hotel simply marked me as”NO SHOW” even though i did not give confirmation that I want to cancel my stay.
This Hotel is very unprofessional. They simply marked me as “no show” in booking.com system. However, from my side, i could only see that my booking is still confirmed on my account. Reached the hotel thinking that my booking is confirmed but turned out someone in the hotel marked us as NO SHOW and there is no more room available for us. Had to look for other hotels to stay ourselves ( there are 2 adults and 4 elderly people who are about 70 years old in our group), and booked tuk tuk ourselves to new the hotel to stay. All this because i have earlier message the hotel asking if I can reschedule my stay at the hotel or not ,due to unrest in southern Thailand and we are considering to reschedule our trip to Hatyai. I did not give ant confirmation that I WANT TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL my stay at this hotel, and they also did not check with me properly before marking me as a “NO SHOW” guest and then giving my booked room to others, all without notifying me. This hotel should compensate me for the tuk tuk that i had to pay to get to my new hotel. And also i had to waste almost 30-40 mins there looking for a new hotel to stay with minimal assistance from hotel staff, after a long day of travel from Taiping Malaysia. HUGELY disappointing service from this guesthouse.

Please, stay here if you are going to Hatyai. the location is so strategic and easy to walk to go 7eleven, Lee garden and street food and Ayutthaya noodles

NursayyidaПоездка с семьёй · Jul 19The location is nice located in quite area. Easily to access by walk to lee garden area and kimyong market. 7 eleven also just nearby the hotel. The room smell so good I really like it. Toilet also very clean. Bed so comfort. Air conditioner functioning well.
