Five days, four nights. We made full use of everything—the shuttle to Terminal 21, the washing machine, dryer, and the kitchen. Tony, the shuttle driver, was especially kind and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and easy.

Somerset is truly a wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, making my stay extremely comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and they provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Thank you, Cheep and Toni! The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around, yet surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise at all, which made it even more enjoyable. I also loved the restaurant next door, Local, a Michelin-listed restaurant. The food was excellent and quickly became one of my personal favorites. Whenever I return to Bangkok, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
Good room size and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Staff Toni is very helpful and provide good recommendations on place of interest. Hotel is also provide free shuttle service to nearby BTS, near Terminal 21.
Great hotel with good food all around! The rooms are spacious and clean with 2 sets of tvs. Will be back again in my next trip.
This is by far one of the coziest stay in Bangkok, Thailand. Very impressed with the overall hygiene and the design concept of the room, which offers an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this accommodation!
This is my third time staying here. After trying other hotels, I always find my way back here. The his definitely won’t be my last, the 1 bedroom really feels like home away from home. I can’t say anything but positive things about this staff. Everyone is warm. Will be back for sure.
