The hotel was dirty and had insects. There was no elevator, and the rooms were located very high up. The reception closed at 9 PM, which was inconvenient. The customer service was poor, and the receptionist tried to take advantage of us regarding our bookings.

The cottages were a little small, and reaching the room required a short climb. However, the climb was understandable given the good view from the windows and balcony. Overall, it was a good stay

HunterПоездка в одиночку · Oct 13My room A15 was right by the pool and the view was absolutely stunning I stayed for a week and didn't get bored of waking up everyday to that paradise. The location is very close to Tonsai Village just a 5 minute walk. The man that works there is a very nice man always so happy to assist you and great conversation.
Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the location is having to hike up a narrow stairway that is very steep. By the time you get to your room you are wrecked 🤣

Pretty noisy, we had noisy neighbours on the right side playing music into the early hours of the morning which was frustrating but ultimately not something the accommodation can control

Teilweise unangenehmer Geruch und die Terrassentür ging nicht komplett zu.

Too many stairs, calves died, but this is just a fair warning, it's worth it if you can do it. Main issue: the lighting sucks, it was so dim and dull and for some reason they had no handwash?
