Location perfect everything is so close to you Staff very helpful Pool was good Rooms are spacious

The fact they had renovation on while we stayed and wasn't made aware till we arrived Spoiled the peace and quite around you No bar or anywhere to grab a drink Air-conditioning hit and miss worked when it wanted and leaked everywhere Came to fix when reported Can't sit on balcony has the fans blow hot air out and are noisy

The views and so near to Karon beach.

Missing plugs in sinks and no hot water tap at the kitchen sink to wash dishes. Strange light set up in the bedroom , only bedside lamps work no ceiling light.
