the room is very old and not well maintained, the villa we rented had leaks, it rains outside and inside.

Cleanliness - the pillow cases were stained and unchanged from the previous occupants . Elderly friendliness - the toilet bowl is too low for elderly. May be good to have a handle next to the toilet bowl. My father fell when he went to the toilet at midnight. As a result, he asked to move out for precaution. We booked another hotel via. Booking.com but our request for a refund of the 1 remaining night at sukantara cannot be honored. The fall was unfortunate. It would be a nice gesture if the hotel could consider our waiver as the accident was beyond our control .

MarlousПоездка в одиночку · Aug 3Mooie lokatie naast een waterval. Heel vriendelijk en lief personeel. We vroegen om een andere kamer (i.v.m. lawaai van verkeer) en dat werd meteen geregeld. Het eten in het restaurant was erg lekker. Heerlijk zwembad.
Donkere kamers. Lawaai van verkeer in sommige kamers. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. De prijs voor één kamer is echt te hoog. Je hebt een eigen auto nodig als je hier naar toe gaat.

المنتجع رائع، لكن واجهتنا مشكلة بالحشرات بسبب وجود فتحات في أرضية الحمام، واضطررنا لشراء مبيد رغم تعاون الموظفين. كما أن الإضاءة داخل الغرفة كانت خافتة، وستائر الـ Blackout كانت ستجعل النوم أكثر راحة
