CallieПоездка в одиночку · Jul 18the property was clean and had designated grass areas for me to take my dog to use the bathroom and have a stretch. the cafe had great coffee and a range of other options too. having an on site daycare service really made my trip easier as i had some important plans my puppy couldn't come with me for, and i was worried about leaving him. the staff gave him lots of attention and he had a good time while we were apart, they even sent update videos for me when requested! the cafe also has a well stocked shop with loads of items, i got some nice treats and toys for my dog there as well as some pet wipes. the rooms were comfortable and there was a big fluffy pet bed provided. they were very understanding when my dog had an accident on the sheets and provided me with clean ones right away. all the staff love animals, they were so attentive to my dog and the security guard even took him for a short walk when i came out to get a food delivery. i've never travelled alone with my dog before which i was quite worried about, but the whole experience at the hotel made it super easy for me and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking to come to chiang mai with their pets.

AlfredПоездка вдвоём · Jan 19The parking was impossible. 5 parking spots for 20 rooms. No green area for a dog to relax and do it's business. Astroturf for relief areas, smelled awful. Our dog would not even go in let alone do her business. Rooms feel like a polished concrete jail cell. We abandoned our reservation made through booking.com so there was no refund. Some people might appreciate the proximity to interesting areas, but for us it was not a place to stay.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!
