A great homebase for fueling up in the morning, exploring the city, and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon or evening

Poem, the manager, is the best host I’ve ever met! She is friendly, helpful and anticipated our needs. Once, we jumped in the pool before getting pool towels from the lobby. We anticipated dripping water to get there, by before we could, she brought pool towels out, called to get our attention and put them on a table for us! When we realized how welcoming and comfortable it was to hang out by the pool, we extended our reservation by two days. A few minutes after we booked online, Poem came out to the pool and asked if we’d like to stay in our same rooms. Every time we spoke to her, she was delighted to see us. Two of us shared a room with one key, so we would leave it at the front desk when we split up. Poem and the rest of the staff always recognized whoever was coming back first and let us know either that the other already had the key at the room or they handed us the key. The breakfast buffet is small and wonderful. Delicious red curry and guava juice! We were happy with it and would not change a thing. The rates are very reasonable, and the location is near loads of restaurants and interesting spots. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever in Chiang Mai.

The room, air conditioner was a little loud, but did not keep us up.
