A bit farther from eateries but not an issue if you drive. Grab service is also reachable.

MichaelПоездка в одиночку · Jul 24I needed to visit friends and family in the neighborhood, so the location was perfect for me! The bedroom, bathroom (with a bathtub!), and living room with pantry are surprisingly spacious. The private garden with the pool is lovely, and there are some nice trees around the property. There’s a huge park nearby—the Tal Lat Open Zoo and Princess Mother Park. And in Nakhon Town, just 15 minutes away, you’ll find local cafés and restaurants.
AriПоездка вдвоём · Jun 16Excellent and very stylish villa with private pool. We both loved it. It is one of the best stays I have had in Thailand in ten years.
Villa is far way away from the town. When I made the reservation I was told that villa is one 1 km away from the centre. In the reality the villa is on the very edge of the town, in a sparsely inhabited area with almost no services except halel- eateries. The town centre is 19 km away. There was no breakfast. Staff was kind but did not understand English at all and was often absent from the reception. But all in all, the villa is truly excellent and offers great value for money.

NabhatsaornПоездка с компанией · Apr 30The room was really spacious, the pool was clean, there was a bathtub in the room, and the location was great since it was located on the main road and was not far from the downtown.
There were some spider webs on one of the door hinges and the drainage of the sink and the toilet was not great.
