Friendly staff. Relaxing stay . Poor value for money

The friendly staff at breakfast and in the restaurant. The pleasant driver Park who drove us into and back from Kamala

The resort was tired and in need of renovation It was only partially open due to low occupancy The grand pool villa was an apartment above 2 others up a steep drive an then 28 steps. The mattress was stained and dirty and needs replacement. The floors were slippery and dangerous and the fake grass was sticky

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

Excellent service and hospitality, with a great variety of food options and a very good spa. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and frequently interrupted. The room also felt quite basic and less modern than expected. In addition, the bathroom design offered limited privacy due to the extensive use of glass and the open ceiling to the bedroom, which also resulted in poor sound privacy. I also requested an upgrade to a higher-category room, but unfortunately it was declined despite the resort appearing to have very low occupancy and many rooms available. This was a little disappointing and could have been handled with more flexibility.

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views, exceptional service, and truly wonderful staff—especially Jaew and Park!

Our stay at Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and offers breathtaking views. The service was outstanding, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Jaew, who assisted us through WhatsApp throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and always quick to help us with every request. She arranged our activities and transportation perfectly and made our entire holiday smooth and stress-free. We would also like to sincerely thank our driver, Park. He was extremely polite, friendly, punctual, and helpful, and we always felt safe and comfortable with him. Jaew and Park made our experience even more memorable. Their exceptional hospitality is one of the main reasons we would happily return to this wonderful resort.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was wonderful, and the service exceeded our expectations. We had a perfect experience from beginning to end.

The best resort in the Kamala area.

Amazing resort, with excellent facilities either our room or their restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. Very clean and helpful with everything. The location is perfect because you can have quiet time or you can easily go to all the major spots in Phuket.

The staff was so kind lovely and helpful every single one of them. The services , food in the restaurant and the spa was so great.

It is a bit far if you do not mind staying far from the services and the town , We stayed in 2 bedroom suit with private pool it was too small and narrow but the swimming pool was nice.
