Amazing people, has everything you need, and good location
Not the best customer service experience. The housekeeping looked at me like I was the devil. Front desk was also not the friendliest. The rooms are okay. Good for a short stay near the airport.
Nothing
Close to the airport, and nice for a few days
Hotel was outstanding. Thank you

The breakfast though, is atrocious - just toast and coffee, but as the location is so good, you can walk a short distance to the Central Shopping Plaza and get it there (it opens at 11am) Duangdren is near the airport, perfect place for when arriving or when departing Chiang mai.
