This is a beautiful resort with an enormous pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I came here for a cycling trip and they kindly opened the breakfast 30 minutes early for us. Truly an amazing stay.
Beautiful location with enormous potential. The hotel in general was good amazing pool and right on the river kwai with ppol bar and terrace right on the river. The food for dinner was good but breakfast was ordinary. Important point is that the staff are driven hard to push you towards using their own drivers for excursions which can be a bit tiresome. Very friendly service across the board.
All of the staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. The facilities were clean, and serene, and the food was delicious.
A very nice place. ONLY COMPLAINT was that the food was poor quality for the very expensive prices.
The cleanest and clearest pool in Asia. Lovely. The garden surrounding the rooms are just so tranquil.
Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside was the distance to other restaurants if you didn't want to eat in hotel.
