On check out a fuss was made about a missing spoon ( which wasn’t missing). Quite unnecessary and slightly ridiculous.

The staff did not give us 2 towels. At the time of checkout they said they gave 2 towels and 1 is missing. They said we should have informed them earlier. So as per them it's missing and we should pay for it. They took 500 bhat for one towel which is way too much. We had to pay them at the end. But we know that it's a scam. Obviously they don't do this to their American and European guests. But since we were indians they decided to do this to us. So the resort is great but you might get scammed here. So if you are here staying here take a full video after checkin.

Lack of attention to minute details, like replenish tissue paper/ toilet paper . Our room got clean around 4:30 in the afternoon, despite we have stayed in the pool as advised. There is only one chambermaid on that day .

La ubicación ha sido buena, a 10 minutos andando de Karon Beach, aunque con algunas cuestas. Ofrecían transporte gratis cada hora hacia la playa. La atención del personal muy buena.
No me gustó que el baño no estaba limpio y no ofrecían ningún tipo de amenities. Solo había una toalla por persona. En la habitación no había casi enchufes. Por otro lado, no sé si será porque es temporada baja pero las instalaciones estaban descuidadas.
EdithПоездка с семьёй · Sep 12The view is incredible and the room is nice and spacious. Room service was quick and yummy. We were able to shower + change after checkout due to having a night flight which was very helpful and appreciated.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable despite using extra pillows. Property is also not very handicap friendly due to all the stairs

Kamers zijn aan update toe , een likje verf en beter poetsen Hebben een uur staan wachten op busje van strand naar hotel dat niet kwam , we moesten haar whatsappén en zonder wifi gaat dat niet ,uiteindelijk taxi genomen , bij aankomst in hotel lachte ze het weg
