Overall generally positive ('In general was good', 'Everything was perfect'), with notable service and location strengths but some room-related and amenities drawbacks.

Multiple reviews mention rooms as clean and daily housekeeping (e.g., 'camere ... pulite', 'soba ... svaki dan se cisti'). Generally positive cleanliness.
Staff repeatedly praised as welcoming and helpful (May, Ted, Sana; reception team described as very friendly). A small negative on payment handling noted, but overall service is a strong positive.
Several guests describe the location as central and convenient (easy scooter rental on site). The occasional complaint about room views toward neighbouring buildings relates more to room placement than location itself.
Mixed to negative: some rooms are spacious, but several reports of rooms with windows facing a neighbouring wall (about 1–2 m away) causing poor light and no privacy; photos differed from reality for at least one guest.
Some practical offerings (scooter rental) but issues noted with weak air conditioning in rooms and mosquito problems; guests requested disinfection.
Mixed signals: general satisfaction from many guests, but concerns about payment handling (strong encouragement to pay cash) and cancellation/payment policies reduce perceived value for some.
Standard quality for this hotel tier

The location is good. You can rent a scooter right there.

I was strongly encouraged to pay by cash even though I repeated many times I didn't have enough cash. Even telling me to go to an ATM. The room's windows and balcony were directly across a different building around a metre away. So no sunlight gets in and you can see the other people in the room across.
