On two separate occasions, I requested an iron and was told they were all being used by other guests. Given the hotel was only around 50% occupied, it was surprising that no iron could be made available. This lack of assistance detracted from the overall experience.

Pudimos descansar y disfrutar al 100%, pero lo que nos motiva a volver y a lo que le damos más valor por sobre todo, es al equipo que trabaja en este hotel, porque son personas muy amables, muy educadas y atentas. Principalmente Tes, Chi, Ar, Nan, Wan, Max, Fem, Tle. Pasamos días increíbles! Volveremos

KathrinПоездка в одиночку · Oct 7Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfreich und kümmerte sich um alle Anfragen und Wünsche. Es hat einen sehr entspannten und gemütlichen Flair. Tolle Bademäntel im Zimmer und Roomservice ohne Aufschlag.
Das Meer ist nicht ganz so schön wie auf der Ostseite.
NikaПоездка вдвоём · Sep 18Excellent location if you’re looking for privacy, peace, and quiet. The beach is very clean, and the sea is clear and beautiful. There is a great variety of food available for breakfast, and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay - basically everything you need for a full and easy life :) Having a private pool was also a really nice bonus! There are also kayaks available for guests to use during the dry season, as well as complimentary yoga and stretching classes. There is a gym on the property too, which is a great option if you want to stay active during your vacation.
The water pressure in the shower felt a little weak, and there was a slight humming noise after using the water. The electricity went out a couple of times during our stay, but it came back almost immediately each time. It may have been weather-related, and after all, this is an island, so there could be many possible reasons. In any case, it did not affect our stay at all.

Stedet ligger lidt langt fra andet, så vær klar på at tage en Grab eller lignende når man skal på restauranter mv. Den rolige placering synes vi kun var et stort plus
